I visited this location on Wednesday, 02.12.20, and I was there to drop my vehicle off at 7:45am for them to check a rattling noise that I noticed coming from my front end. I was greeted in a timely manner and mentioned to them that while my vehicle was there for an issue and since I was dropping it off, they might as well go ahead and do an oil change and tire rotation. I left there thinking that my vehicle would be taken care of since it had been there one other time for a brake fluid service. After dropping it off at 7:45am, I called them about 11:20am to check status on my vehicle as I was heading out to run some errands. Alex, I believe his name was (the location Manager), mentioned to me that oil change and tire rotation was done but the vehicle had not been looked at for the rattling noise because, and his exact words were, "I have all my technicians busy working on a lift job for a truck that had been there a while but I will have it looked at". At this point, I was slightly irritated, first off because I had to call and check the status on my vehicle, secondly, because the main reason for the visit on my vehicle hadn't even been addressed yet. Now at this point in the day it is about 4pm, STILL NO PHONE CALL. I drive up to Integrity to check the status on my vehicle. I walk inside and up to the counter. A gentlemen named Bob states, "I was just about to call you", coincidently as I was walking in. Alex asks me if I'm here to pick up the Mini Cooper, I say yes and then Alex, proceeds to tell me they got the oil change and tire rotation done but did not have a chance to check out the rattling noise at all. So I basically had my car there all day and the main reason for the visit wasn't even addressed. When I ask why this issue wasn't addressed, I was told by Alex "that they just didn't have time due to the truck lift job" even though when I got there, there were at least 3 technicians sitting behind the counter talking. I asked at that point why I wasn't called earlier to be made aware of this and I wouldn't have left my car there all day, I was simply told "I'm sorry". I asked Alex, unknown to me at this time, who the manager for that location was, he responded back with "I am" and left it at that. At this point, I am completely disappointed and irritated that my car was kept there all day and the main reason for the visit was not addressed. I paid for my oil change and tire rotation, which I figured out afterwards, the rotation should have been free with my oil change, and I left. I came home and then reached out to Integrity Car Care on US-380, where I spoke to Mike, the location manager, and the issue was addressed, THAT NIGHT!!!! Needless to say, this Cross Roads location has lost all future hopes of my business and they will not get recommended at all. Their staff, in my opinion, was very disrespectful of my time due to "another job they were all working on". My future business is now with Mike at the Savannah location! If you need any car car services, I highly discourage visiting the Cross Roads location.
