Honest and knowledgeable people with great customer service. One Integrity employee couldn't replicate the ignition/battery issue on my car, but did notice my 36k mile warranty was only 20 miles from expiring and encouraged me to take to the car dealership and make them find the issue and have it covered with my warranty, if applicable. It turns out, there was an issue with my car battery & key fob and that dealership replaced it and paid for it with my expiring warranty. That same dealership said I needed a transmission flush and alignment, but I was skeptical as it drives normal. So I took it back to Integrity, and they ended up quoting me way lower for the transmission flush, plus they said it didn't need an alignment, at least not for now. Their honesty, expertise and impeccable customer service saved me a lot of money. I will be returning regularly and will recommend them to others.
