We were on our way from Lake Kiowa Texas to Dallas for several important doctor appointments. About 7 miles north of Pilot Point our low tire pressure signal came on. We knew we were close to Integrity Car Care Tire & Service Center. We pulled in the parking lot, went in and explained our dilemma to Tyler Baugus. Tyler immediately called a technician up front, who immediately took our car and checked it out. The technician determined it was a malfunction in the warning system. Within 10 to 15 minutes we were back in our car,on our way, and feeling very confident no problem with the tire. We offered to pay but Tyler would not hear of it. We are writing this to let people know how kind, caring and generous Tyler, the technician, and Integrity Car Care treated us. What a great day when you run into people like this!!!!!!!! Always a great place to get your car fixed. The staff is always friendly and personable. They really seem to care about everyone. Prices are great and they finish really quick. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I got an alignment this morning and the store manager and employees were very personable and friendly they had my truck in and out in no time. Even though I didnt have a coupon for the alignment they still gave me the discount. I would highly recommend this store for their quick and quality work.
